Made with Bing and Lambert cherries grown on the shores of Flathead Lake, our annual kirsch release is a traditional, Black Forest style fruit brandy. Clear and and unsweetened, it offers subtle flavors of cherry and almond in a spirit often served chilled as an aperitif. We pit, ferment, distill, age, and bottle 6,500 pounds of cherries by hand each yearβa true labor of love. Ten pounds of cherries per bottle, aged two years in stainless or glass.
