Kirschwasser

Made with Bing and Lambert cherries grown on the shores of Flathead Lake, our annual kirsch release is a traditional, Black Forest style fruit brandy. Clear and  and unsweetened, it offers subtle flavors of cherry and almond in a spirit often served chilled as an aperitif. We pit, ferment, distill, age, and bottle 6,500 pounds of cherries by hand each yearβ€”a true labor of love. Ten pounds of cherries per bottle, aged two years in stainless or glass.
