Barrel-Finished Skadi Aquavit

Made in the Norwegian style, this barrel-aged version of our Aquavit ages in 200-liter, tight grained, Minnesota oak barrels which lend a pale straw hue. Aromas of toasted oak and cracked cinnamon stick are found. The palate features candied orange peel, late season honey, and an air of peppermint. Savory spice on the finish.
